A new project called YKnytt is a new version of KS which lets you play in your browser, even if you’re on Mac or Linux. You can also download the app. The physics aren’t quite there but it’s still a huge leap forward for the game.

Kilicool64 YouTube channel / Kilicool is tackling some of the longest KS levels (eg: Reditus, Azure Serenity) in wordless playthroughs. She makes up for lack of speech with long written descriptions.

List of biggest KS levels by SpriteClad

Gliperal made a tool that assesses the solid block/open space ratio of levels, while also providing the screen count. DonDoli ran it on his Worlds folder. Here are the results from March 2024. The first percentage accounts for layer 3 only, and the second percentage takes solid block objects into account.
